The majority in the city council of Copenhagen wants to make the city a testing ground for decriminalization of possession of hard drugs in small quantities. They have asked permission from the government to be able to implement this decision.
- Hard drugs are: heroin, morphine, fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and ecstasy.
