The government proposed a law to make it a right for entrepreneurs to receive a business bank account. If it passes (which is highly likely, considering they have a majority), the banks will have 10 days from the time of application to open a business bank account. They can still refuse on the ground of suspicion for money laundering, but you will be able to appeal.
