Yelyzaveta Honcharenko
Lead, Ukrainian edition
This role is honestly one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. I lead an incredible remote team of volunteers – translators, promoters and proofreaders – who are spread all over Denmark. I love being the one who keeps the rhythm – planning the issues, giving quick and kind feedback, cheering everyone on, and hitting “publish” together. It’s work that genuinely matters, done with greatest team. It’s not just a volunteer role for me – it’s my way of giving back, staying connected to my community, and turning difficult times into something positive, one newsletter at a time.
