Volunteer with Us

Last Week in Denmark is powered by over 250 volunteers. Roles span writing/editorial and translation for our international editions, social media, and our podcast. There are also people working behind the scenes on our website, organizing events and outreach, and in business development.

How Does Our Team Work?

Our team is decentralized, working remotely across Denmark (and sometimes beyond), other than a few in-person events. Depending on the role, the time-commitment varies from a couple hours a week to full internships (some long-term, some short and seasonal).

Specific roles are advertized through our weekly newsletter and the Last Week in Denmark social media channels – and we’re nearly always looking for helping hands! If you want to be part of the team, email info@lwid.dk with a brief introduction (think a paragraph or two), why you want to be part of the team, and what area(s) of the Last Week in Denmark universe you’d be interested in.
