In March, they increased by 1.2% on average. This is the first price increase since June 2022. However, Denmark’s national bank is predicting that the prices will continue to fall after the spring.
Interest rates for house loans went from 0.5% in 2021 to 5% this year. As long as they remain high, there is no real prospect for house prices to rise to their 2021 level.
