Medicinrådet (The Medical Council) will decide soon if they approve a new form of treatment for suicidal people who have been admitted to the Psychiatry emergency room. The new treatment is called Spravato, which is a nasal spray containing the substance esketamine. Several trials have shown that patients feel better after taking this medicine.
