27% of men between 25 and 39 years old have no close friends. In total, every fifth man in Denmark suffers from loneliness. 70,000 of them are single. They usually spend the holidays alone, are never invited to parties and do not see people outside of work.

- One of the men decided to establish an association called “March mod Ensomhed” for people in this situation. They organize a 2000 km walk through Denmark every year. In the first edition 70 people participated. In the second edition, 14,000 people joined.
