Our collaboration with The International

Last Week in Denmark's Founder and Executive Editor Narcis George Matache with The International's Editor-in-Chief Lyndsay Jensen.

“Readers can trust that we have their best interests at heart, because both our teams believe in the beauty of something made by internationals and run by internationals.”

Lyndsay Jensen

The International’s Editor-in-Chief and Founder

The International and Last Week in Denmark are committed to creating a safe and welcoming community for internationals by drawing on both teams’ expertise. Whether timely updates on news and politics, spotlights on the richness of diversity within the community, or leisurely reads about Danish culture, the aim is to provide a collaborative platform where readers can truly feel part of this wonderful country.

In September 2025, we launched a special print edition at the International Citizen Days in Copenhagen, joining forces with The International to bring our reporters’ hard work into print. Since then, The International has published several pieces from Last Week in Denmark in an online magazine collaboration.

We look forward to our collaboration evolving and supporting The International‘s mission to help people find a soft landing in Denmark.
