Unfortunately, more and more young people fall in the trap of online scammers that take their deposit and then disappear, before handing the keys to the apartment/house. Visit the place before transferring the money, ask for a photo identity card from the person showing you the apartment (not a yellow card – that can be easily stolen from someone else), check who owns the apartment and avoid sharing too much personal information.
