The Danish Parliament passed a law to help people that want a house in the rural area, but don’t have the money for it. If before the bank could refuse giving you a mortgage loan for a house on the outskirts of Denmark, now the government will ensure that you can get a loan. The law enters into force from 1st July 2022.
