0.8% inflation rate in April

The inflation rate remains steadily under the European Central Bank stability target of 2%. In fact, inflation would have been even lower, if not for increases in rent and service prices (2.9%). Goods are 1.5% cheaper on average compared to April last year. This is good news for people with bank loans, as lower interest rates are quickly approaching.
