Women from non-Western backgrounds make up just 0.7% of the directors in private companies with over 50 employees

The think tank, EQUALIS, launched a report about upper management diversity in the Danish labor market. They find that diversity is lacking among director-level positions, both in the private and public sector. “Non-Western background” means non-European origin (people from Africa, Asia, Central and South America).
