54.5 million DKK for digitally challenged people

The government agreed with a majority of parliamentary parties to fund initiatives that will help people in Denmark who cannot use digital public solutions. The concrete initiatives will be presented in the autumn. From the text of the agreement, it seems they want IT education for digitally challenged people and to make it easier for others to help them, among others.
