12,500 people work at the 94 job centers around the country. In the following years, the government wants to close them to save 3 billion DKK. This also means that the rules that the unemployed have to follow will be simplified as there will no longer be checks. Instead, the people who are unemployed will have the option to use support from A-kasse and/or private actors to find a job.
