From April 2024, the regional public employees (nurses, SOSUs, health administrators, bioanalysts, social educators, radiographers and midwives) will receive a salary increase, extra parental leave for fathers and the possibility to pool together holidays for a longer vacation. Next year, another salary increase of over 4% is expected.
