In the first quarter of 2024, apartment prices have fallen by 1.3% and holiday home prices by 2.1%, compared to the last quarter of 2023. Since March, villas and terraced housing (“rækkehuser”) have also shown decreases. At the moment, there are more sellers than buyers on the market.
