Unpacking the Human Experience

“How we see the world shapes how we live in it. But what if the view from the inside is just as important as the one from the outside?”

Born to Hungarian parents, shaped by my life as a Canadian citizen, and recently, finally, becoming Danish, I’ve learnt what it feels like to live between worlds. I’m a psychologist, an executive coach, a mother, a daughter, a sister, and a woman who has experienced loss and gain, laughter and tears.

I share this because I’m not just writing this column as a professional; I’m writing it as a person navigating life’s ups and downs, just like you. While my journey is uniquely mine, the themes – self-awareness, transitions, choices, and growth – are universal. In many ways, I am you.

This column, Inside Out with Adrienn, is a monthly exploration of the human experience from within. Together, we’ll look at what it means to grow, change, and thrive – not just in our personal lives but as part of the larger communities and systems we belong to. Using psychological insights, storytelling, and reflections, we’ll uncover ways to make life more intentional, balanced, and fulfilling.
