The pilot project will be implemented on four public construction projects until January 2022. The ID card will be used to compare working time information from the ID card with salary information provided by the main contractor. The ID card will also be used to control occupational health and safety training and RUT registration. The idea is to protect foreign workers from abuse on construction sites.
