The temporary ban on mink farms expires with the end of the year and the government will not be extending it. Instead, after advice from the health authorities, talks will be held to review the current model of the mink industry – says says Rasmus Prehn (Socialdemocrats). The expectations are that only a few mink breeders will resume operations.
