The energy company OK takes over the supermarket giant COOP

After six months of negotiations, the energy company OK agreed to invest one billion DKK in exchange for roughly 50% of COOP. COOP Amba is a cooperative company where 1.9 million consumers are members and co-owners. Each local Kvickly, SuperBrugsen and Dagli’Brugsen has an elected council (for which you can vote and run for election).
