Since 2014, students who completed “folkeskole” (the first 9-10 years of school), received a “ready” / “not ready” assessment to continue their education. The minister of education has announced that he will drop the “uddannelsesparathedsvurdering” after all of the political parties (with the exception of Konservative) recommended it.
